Pasadena, Calif.-based Bolton & Co. has named Jeffrey F. Lang as senior vice president property & casualty sales and marketing. He will lead producers to drive sales while maintaining focus on creating and deepening strong insurance carrier and client relationships. He will play a vital role in coaching and developing new producers, driving the company’s sales culture and supporting sales talent, according to Mike Morey, chief operating officer.
Lang started his insurance career in 1993 as a risk management associate at Alexander and Alexander. Prior to joining Bolton, he served as chief sales officer and executive vice president of White & Co. in Santa Monica, Calif. He has held numerous sales and leadership positions with Marsh and Wells Fargo Insurance Services.
