I would like to know how I could find out how the law reads on how long a child can be on the parents insurance. She is 22 yrs old is a full time collage student and is single. Is the parent reguired to keep child on his insurance? Does the insurance Company have to cover the Child?If you cannot answer these questions please let me know who I can go to.
