Two Railroads Face Pollution Lawsuit in California

    If you know me from my posts, you know I’m no fan of corporations that pollute and I believe they should pay dearly for ruining our environment.

    But just because a kid gets a rare form of cancer doesn’t necessarily mean its caused by the railroad nearby. If they can’t demonstrate causation with a legitimate expert opinion, the case should and will be tossed.

    I’ve seen a lot of these cases. It’s very hard to prove congenital defects were caused by anything other than genetics and the luck of the draw.
