Insurance industry consultant Perr&Knight has relocated its headquarters from Pacific Palisades, Calif. to Santa Monica, in the heart of the city’s downtown district.
Perr&Knight was founded in the Pacific Palisades in 1994 by Tim Perr and Scott Knight, and has office locations throughout the U.S. It also has an office in Irvine, Calif.
The Santa Monica headquarters are at 401 Wilshire Blvd., Suite 300.
Per&Knight executives say the move will benefit the firm by providing their clients and visitors better access to hotels, airports, transportation and entertainment.
“After 17 years in offices in Pacific Palisades, the move to a new location in a modern, class A building in Santa Monica marks a new chapter in our firm’s history,” said Tim Perr, managing principal. “Our new headquarters will be a much more accessible and professional setting for our employees and clients to work in and visit. We look forward to many more years of productivity and growth at our new location.”
