So are the pedestrians dressed as Santa or the police? Sentence is a little vague…I think I’d stop for sure if I saw crossing the street…that red and white would be hard to miss!
Well, with 29 pedestrian deaths this year it’s too much of a liability hazard to risk civilians. They wouldn’t want to risk a good cop’s life. I’m thinking they use death row inmates trying to get their sentences commuted to life a la “The Dirty Dozen” or maybe O.J.
