Direct-Link Holding Group LLC has acquired Cumbre Insurance Services’ commercial insurance division in Ontario, Calif.
Cumbre Inc. operates both a commercial insurance and public entity division. Cumbre’s SBE/DBE/MBE public entity division will continue to operate separately under its current structure.
In July, 2011 Direct-Link acquired Coachella Valley Insurance Services, based in La Quinta, Calif. Earlier in 2011, Direct-Link announced the acquisition of Mother Lode Insurance Services of Cameron Park, Calif.
Pacific Palisades, Calif.-based Direct-Link specializes in the acquisition of commercial and personal insurance portfolios and stand-alone insurance agencies throughout the United States.. Direct-Link has offices located in California cities of Concord, La Quinta, Novato, Ontario and Sacramento, as well as in Toronto, Ontario and Vancouver, British Columbia.
