Walnut Creek, Calif.-based Heffernan Insurance Brokers named Tyler Eliopoulos to its San Francisco office as assistant vice president, focusing on mid-sized business opportunities in the Bay Area.
Eliopoulos joins Heffernan after a stint at another brokerage.
