Union General Insurance Services is now offering coverage for homeowners associations to California agents. The product is designed to cover common area exposures for these risks and is backed by a carrier rated A+.
Limits up to $2 million/$3 million are available. Pricing is on a per unit basis. The product can include tennis courts, basketball courts, baseball diamonds, lakes, bathing beaches, boat dock and slips, club houses, playground and swimming pools for an additional charge.
