More proof lawyers are underemployed and more proof the ecomony is not getting better. Unless the golf course trained the duck or goose (how do you not know which it was) to attack people, this is a nonsense suit. This guy was lucky is was a birdie. If he got an eagle, no telling how bad his injuries would have been.

Since he didn’t know if it was a duck or a goose (ok, I won’t go there), how in the heck could he identify the specific bird that did the deed? Or is that the attorney’s job?
The shame here is that the Carrier for the county will end up spending significant sums to make this joke of a claim go away. Plantiff bar should be held financially liable for making frivilous claims or lawsuits.
