How many packs of cigarettes per day did this guy inhale in between his addiction to popcorn?

“KCNC-TV in Denver reports defense attorneys had argued Watson’s health problems stemmed not from popcorn but from his years of working with carpet-cleaning chemicals.”

If he was a smoker, don’t you think defense would have argued that?

Unbelieveable!!!! Give me money and I’ll go away. Why take responsibility for your own actions when you can get paid millions?? What’s wrong with our legal system??

What’s wrong with our legal system is that it revolves around attorneys. With all that money now he can buy his own popcorn factory. I seen this guy on the news & he didn’t look like he was having trouble breathing, he was talking & laughing (all the way to the bank)

The lung problems came from smoking the pot that gave him the munchies that caused him to crave the popcorn.

Popping corn in an office environment is offensive and I hope this lawsuit brings awarness to the potential hazard. In my opinion worse than being next to a smoker. My son had developed life threatening allergy to corn. Popped corn is a serious concern and if one is diabetic they also need to avoid inhaling.

Are you serious? Your son did not develop corn allergies from popcorn and smoking is way worse. I hope you are kidding and not really that idiotic to believe that.
