The Worldwide Broker Network, a group headquartered in San Mateo, Calif., will hold an owners conference in Shanghai, China on Oct. 17 through Oct. 20 12.
The event is expected to draw a gathering of roughly 150 owners and principals from around the world to focus on navigating the insurance market in China and the Asia region.
The meeting will be hosted by WBN member firms, Chang Cheng Insurance Brokers in China, and WISE Insurance Brokers in Taiwan. The featured speaker is John Nelson, chairman of Lloyds of London, who will share his insights on the region. The event also includes presentations and break-out sessions on both property-casualty and employee benefits.
