    So much for rehabilitation of criminals. You can’t change a leopard’s spots any more than you can change this guy’s heart; with the same truth applying to most criminals for that matter. Throw away the key if this prosecution results in a prison sentence.

    I’ve seen some OIC Marianas paper showing up in Colorado of late. Same stuff this crook was peddling. Worthless offshore paper. Unlicensed, unregistered, unfiled and unrated paper…
