Providing medical benefits via a workers’ compensation policy should not be a problem. Surely it is much less expensive to pass this particular risk to an insurance company. It isn’t a religious issue at all. It’s called caring for one’s own and being good steward, which is a reasonable goal of any group, religious or not.
