I’m sure glad Rush’s lawyer, Jim Valcarce, never has had one incident of distracted driving. The Insurance industry needs to hire him to train their customers on how he is able to stay undistracted 100% of the time behind the wheel. I try, but I know I have my episodes being something inside or outside the car that grabs my attention for a few seconds.
I hope the officer got some points on his license for the distracted driving offense.
