Good. Washington’s solution to controlling drunk driving is to lower the legal BA level to 0.05 from 0.08. Sorry, but consistent offenders like this deadbeat blow past 0.08 without even a thought to what 0.05 means. We can’t legislated personal responsibility! Time to crack down on people who continually put others in danger. Make a DUI more life altering than some money and probation. Mandatory jail time after #2? Interlock device after #1?

Seattle is NOT responsible for those who choose to drink and drive. Why not sue the driver’s parents? Or maybe the school system that neglected to teach him that human life has value. Or…
The list goes on and on; blame everyone except the driver. It’s time this country took a good look at itself and required the citizens to take responsibility for their own personal choices.
