Bliss & Glennon Inc., a leading national managing general agent and surplus lines broker, a division of Fortegra Financial, has purchased the assets of IIW Insurance Services of California Inc. in Dublin Calif.
The deal went into effect Sept. 3. IIW has been in business over 25 years.
