For a event that has a prior Accidnetal Discharge which could only have occured due to allowing loaded weapons on premises why would you think that 18K was not reasonable for 5M in limit. Best case is the prior incident will result in expense only, but in todays world of law suits I bet it results in at least a 250K settlement for the injured party.
The prior incident referred to was a totally different group. FYI, no loaded weapons are allowed in the show and all guns are check prior to the show. It is believed that someone (probably a left wing nut job) brought ammo into the show and while looking at gun put ammo into it hoping to cause a ruckus. Frankly I’ve been to a number of gun shows and the safety precautions taken far exceed those taken at some of the concerts I’ve seen.
Today there is over 5 times the guns per family than in 1900, but half the accidental shootings. This had nothing to do with gun shows, just to show that guns are not the problem.
A few months ago in my state read about an accidental shooting at a gun show while person was unloading ammo before going in…stats don’t lie – if you own a gun you are more likely to be shot by a gun…

Yeah. Those left wing nut jobs love hanging out at gun shows showing off how much they know about guns and ammo.
Well, if Fred says it was a totally different group, then it was a totally differnet group.
FYI, Fred, gun shows have guns in there…AND gun shows sell ammo. How hard would it be for a nut job of any persuasion to load one?
You’d better stop going to those dangerous concerts and stick to gun shows.
Who’s the nut job here?

In Idaho it is more likely to be a right wing nut job.
