My question is, why was the 3 year old child left to play outside, or wherever without supervision by the parents? What parent, would allow a 3 year old go out and play alone? I never did, ever, if I couldn’t go outside, neither did my children until I was free to do so. So these “parents” are suing, due to their lack of normal and reasonable supervision of a 3 year old child? Outrageous.

I agree with Secret Agent Girl. Parent’s should be parents! In my opinion, the parent’s should be charged for child endangerment. The apartment complex I live in has a policy that states “You are responsible for your own personal safety”. But, as we all know, we are no longer responsible for ourselves, our decisions, or the consequences that others may face for our decisions. What is the world coming to? Scary
