Higgins Joins Swett & Crawford’s Professional Services Group in California

Swett & Crawford, part of Cooper Gay Swett & Crawford, is expanding its professional services practice group with the addition of Gregg Higgins.

Higgins will join Swett & Crawford’s Irvine, Calif. office as a director in the professional services practice group.

Higgins began his career in 1993 with American International Group. Higgins was senior underwriter, later becoming branch manager in professional lines. He later worked as underwriting manager for specialty lines with Philadelphia Insurance Co. and branch vice president with ELM Insurance Brokers.

Atlanta, Ga.-based Swett & Crawford serves independent agents and brokers through specialized property/casualty, oil & gas/energy, professional services, transportation, reinsurance, marine and underwriting practice groups.
