Benjamin M. Harris will be joining the Utah’s Captive Insurance Division as an audit manager.
Harris, a CPA, will join Travis Wegkamp, also an audit manager, in directing the examinations for the captive insurers in Utah.
Harris will assist in providing regulatory support for Utah domiciled captive insurance companies.
Over the past five years Utah’s Captive Division has grown from148 captive companies to more than 340.
Before joining the Division Harris worked with a CPA firm as an audit manager and supervisor performing captive insurance audits.
