Pleasanton, Calif.-based One Risk Group LLC has merged Integrated Employee Benefits Solutions into its operating platform.
As a result of the merger, IEBS owner Robert Silva has joined ORG as vice president in its employee benefits practice. At One Risk Group, Silva will be responsible for business development and monitoring and delivering service with existing clients.
ORG is a retail property/casualty insurance brokerage with a range of insurance, employee benefits, risk management and business advisory services.
