How many times do we need to see outrageous claims like this that encourage others to seek the same? These demands are always based on emotion, and lawyers who are driven by the worst of motivations, greed. These cases are tragic, and families absolutely deserve compensation, it however must be driven by the financial facts, not emotion. When it is we all loose, especially when they go after the “deep pockets” simply because they are so and not because they bear most of the blame.
