The agency’s 27 employees will continue to operate from the Denver headquarters under the local leadership of Principal Thomas J. Sisk.
Sisk & Co. provides insurance, risk management and safety training to oil and gas related companies, as well as contractors, producers, truckers and other companies in the energy sector.
Lake Mary, Fla.-based AssuredPartners AssuredPartners acquires and invests in insurance brokerage businesses across the U.S. and in London.
