Hub International Ltd. has acquired the assets of Arrow Insurance Service Inc. in Simi Valley, Calif. and it has acquired the assets of EmSpring Corp. in Washington.
Terms of the deals were not disclosed.
Arrow provides specialty retail insurance and program administration for the pool and spa service industry. Raymond Arouesty, Arrow’s president, will join Hub California and report to Darren Caesar, senior executive vice president of Hub California.
Operating out of Yakima, Bellevue, and Spokane, EmSpring specializes in providing employee benefits solutions. EmSpring’s Dan Fisher, CEO, and Ed Haines, president, will join Hub Northwest and report to Tim Kennedy, employee benefits practice leader of Hub Northwest.
Chicago, Ill.-based Hub is an insurance brokerage that provides property/casualty, life and health, employee benefits, investment and risk management products and services.
