Arthur J. Gallagher Acquires Centennial Insurance Agency in Colorado

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. has acquired Centennial Insurance Agency LLC based in Pueblo, Colo.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Mark Swanson, David Swanson, Doug Helzer, Tom Ratzlaff and their team will continue to operate in their current Colorado and New Mexico locations under the direction of James G. McFarlane, head of Gallagher’s Western region retail property/casualty brokerage operation.

Centennial is a retail insurance broker providing commercial property/casualty, risk management consulting and personal lines insurance services throughout the Western U.S.

Arthur J. Gallagher is an international insurance brokerage and risk management services firm, is headquartered in Itasca, Ill.
