Alliant Insurance Services has acquired John F. Throne & Co., a Seattle, Wash.-based aviation insurance agency.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
John F. Throne’s leadership, client services and business development teams will remain in place.
John F. Throne & Co. provides insurance and risk management solutions to commercial aviation companies throughout the U.S.
Newport Beach, Calif.-based Alliant provides property/casualty, workers’ compensation, employee benefits, surety, and financial products and service
