Integro Insurance Brokers has hired Karen Quintana in California as San Francisco operations leader.
Quintana will oversee the delivery of client service, market relations and Integro’s expansion in the San Francisco, and Portland, Ore. offices.
She succeeds Michael Korn, who was recently promoted to head of Integro’s U.S. risk management division.
Quintana has 30 years of insurance industry experience handling complex transactions for national accounts in industries, including construction, engineering, financial institutions, entertainment, fitness, food and beverage, industrial, manufacturing, mining, oil and gas, real estate, retail, technology and telecommunications.

She previously worked for XL Catlin as vice president/client distribution leader, and for the past year she also served as interim Western regional leader. She held claims and senior casualty positions at Marsh before that.
