NIF Group, Inc. and ProSight Specialty have added property and inland marine coverages to the Luxury Homebuilders and Remodelers Program currently available in Calif., Ariz., Nev., and Wash.
The Luxury Homebuilders and Remodelers Program is designed for the “high-end” general contractor who subcontracts over 70 percent of their work to licensed subcontractors. Coverages now offered include general liability, with limits up to $2 million/$4 million/$4 million property, inland marine, and excess limits up to $5 million. Coverage is written on a non-admitted basis.
