Hub International Ltd. has acquired certain assets of Kalispell, Mont.-based MDA Inc.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Doug Anders, president, MDA, will join Hub Mountain and report to Michael Stockwell, employee benefits practice leader of Hub Mountain.
MDA specializes in employee benefits solutions.
Chicago, Ill.-based Hub is an insurance brokerage that provides property/casualty, life and health, employee benefits, investment and risk management products and services.
