Confie has acquired Mesa, Ariz.-based Oasis Insurance.
Terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.
Oasis Insurance is a provider of non-standard auto insurance. It operates from 21 offices located in Phoenix, Tucson, Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Avondale, Surprise, El Mirage and St. Michaels. The company has more than 120 employees.
Huntington Beach, Calif.-based Confie is a national insurance distribution company primarily focused on personal lines and small commercial insurance.
