I can speak from personal experience that they are in way over their heads and have extremely low standards for their business procedures. They are a fee driven organization that cares little to none about the actual product they are selling. This is unfortunate, as Insurance is a highly regulated and complicated matter to the lay person. They prey upon the non-standard client and their own employees. They give nonstandard insurance a bad name.
