AmWINS Group Inc. has acquired Networked Insurance Agents, a California-based insurance aggregator specializing in the standard lines insurance segment.
Charlotte, N.C.-based AmWINS Group is an independent wholesale distributor of specialty insurance products.
Networked, a membership organization that offers independent property/casualty agencies access to markets and services, has offices in Grass Valley and Orange.
Its staff serves more than 1,100 affiliate members.
