Just got back after running in the R&R races. Choppers were very present overhead the route and supposedly snipers on the roofs of the major hotel casinos. Still there was an aura of uncertainty that you would expect so soon after the shootings. Surrealistic coming down the Strip at night with no cars but thousands of runners and all the neon, bands, and cheering. An unforgettable but thankfully safe experience.
