Did the rifle malfunction in any manner? If it did than file claims all day long against said manufacturers, but the antigun crowds fight against the object rather than the actor is plain wrong. As other posters have opined should we make trucks illegal as they have been used in heinous acts as well?

Bottom line is no matter how we attempt to fight it evil will always be among us and from everything I have read on this dirt ball actor evil is to mild a word to describe the scum.

I think we should try to ban trucks also since the New York terrorist drove over all the people walking and on bicycles. Trucks can be a weapon too and knives, and fertilizer and etc. etc. unfortunately no law can stop the deranged and determined killers.

I think this is WRONG in so many ways. It’s a shame lawyers are using people’s heartache to make a dollar. The only one to blame is the shooter. I know these people will never forget but really, the hotels are not responsible nor any event planners.

The last I heard, the concert-goers said the exits were blocked off. There might have been far fewer casualties if people didn’t have to climb/tear down fences to escape the festival site. It is possible the event planners could be held liable.
