I understand that your comment was asking a rhetorical question, as no politician ever puts up their own money to pay for anything. Just wonder where the Governor plans to get those funds from? As more and more actual tax payers leave the liberal bastion that California has become it will not be to long before all they will have is the top 1% who seem to avoid paying their fair share and the bottom 20% who make to little for any tax liability.
Jerry Brown is on a Green Mission and he will do what he always does, tax the people of California without any representation just like he did with the gas tax in order to meet his agenda. He is 100% convinced that all climate change is man made.
