Woodruff-Sawyer has named Tim Matthews Honolulu office as vice president in risk control of its risk solution partners operation.
Matthews will work with clients to apply risk management techniques and conduct loss control training programs. He will also assist in developing RSP team strategies.
He has more than 20 years of safety, health and environmental experience in the construction and insurance industries. He was previously vice president and director of safety at King & Neel.

San Francisco, Calif.-based Woodruff-Sawyer has offices throughout California, and in Oregon, Washington, Colorado, Hawaii and New England.
