How about anyone stupid enough to build or buy a house in a freaking resevoir? I don’t recall you moralizing after the recent flooding in Houston.

So by your statement you are talking about most of the American West. Everywhere in the world has some risk based upon the geography and perils from nature, although the volcano has been active since 1983 I am sure you are aware that the housing is miles from the caldera and that there is no way for anyone to say with certainty where the next lava flow may start. Do you feel the same way about anyone in the Midwest who is impacted by a tornado. They knew the risk when they moved there after all?
