Beecher Carlson Insurance Services LLC has named Jeff C. Rhoades vice president.
Rhoades joins the practice in Portland, Ore., and will report to Erin Lynch, president of the energy practice. Rhoades will focus his efforts primarily on the West Coast.
For the last seven years, he has been a producer at McGriff, Seibels & Williams.
Beecher Carlson is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Brown & Brown Inc.
