These students ever hear of bicycles to get around campus?

As the first sentence of the article reads, “The University of Arizona has banned dockless electric scooters from its campus effective immediately.”

That’s dockless scooters, my current-events-challenged friend. These are short-term rental scooters like Lime or Bird that don’t have to be returned to a specific location and can be left anywhere, and usually are. They end up littering sidewalks and entryways and causing a nuisance because the user has no vested interest in them or responsibility for them.

The issue is not students, but rather irresponsible vendors operating on campus without permission.

    Bear Down.

Another article said there have been numerous accidents from these unsafe scooters. You really need to pay attention to what is going on.
