The Black Market will grow, use by people under age 21 will grow, traffic deaths will increase, addiction will increase, tax revenue will be a fraction of the promised amounts, and mental hospitals will see spikes in pot users showing up psychotic from pot. Eventually, the police will report increasing incidents of violence from pot users.
