Hanson Insurance Group of Corvallis has acquired KMI Insurance LLC of McMinnville, Ore.
KMI will be merging into the Hanson Insurance Group name. Kelly McDonald of KMI Insurance will continue to serve as an advisor to his clients.
KMI Insurance is an independent agency with specialization in agriculture, agricultural products, manufacturing, logging and real estate.
Hanson Insurance Group is based in Corvallis, Ore., and provides service to customers in 37 states.
