Talk about splitting hairs to find coverage. The policy was intended to exclude intentional acts criminal in nature by any person. But because they said any insured, and not any person that could be unreasonably construed to ever make us pay any amount to someone that we didn’t build into the rates of the system to pay for, now they have to pay money out. What an absolute crock.

Intentional Acts have never been covered under liability policies I am aware of .
