Your weekly dose of Extreme Scare Tactics from the Insurance Journal. From the article:

“The division underscores a larger fight on the left over how to best tackle climate change, which scientists warn poses a global existential threat.”

No, climate scientist do not think we are all going to die (existential threat) if nothing is done on climate change. Some – not all – Climate Scientists think there could be disruption to living conditions for millions, but NO Climate Scientist thinks it is an existential threat. But telling the truth? It is not what liberal journalists do anymore.

IJ: Re-read “The Boy who Cried Wolf”. Your dishonest scare tactics are self-defeating. Tens of millions of Americans stopped caring about Climate Change because they know they can’t trust what they read about it anymore.

Absolutely correct Craig. Pretty sure the hoaxers like Rosenblatt will be along shortly to argue with you and downvote you as well as me.

And here comes the Ad Hominem attack from the deep thinkers

Hey Jon. Why don’t you prove that a majority of Climate Scientists think climate change is going to result in the deaths of millions. You know, “existential threat” proof.

I won’t wait up Big Boy.

Do Oregonians really believe their legislators can lead the country dealing with climate change when they can’t even deal with escalating education costs and declining performance, inadequate pers funding etc.?
When do we stop electing the same people who have repeatedly shown they can’t manage taxpayers dollars effectively?
