Alliant Acquires Degginger McIntosh & Associates in Washington

Alliant Insurance Services Inc. has acquired Degginger McIntosh & Associates in Washington.

Keith Degginger, the firm’s president, along with fellow principal Ken McIntosh and the entire Degginger McIntosh team, will join Alliant and continue serving clients nationwide from its Washington offices.

Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Degginger McIntosh provides commercial and personal insurance solutions from its offices in Seattle and Bellingham. Degginger McIntosh also offers employee benefits and financial services solutions.

Newport Beach, Calif. Alliant provides property/casualty, workers’ compensation, employee benefits, underwriting, surety, and financial products and services.
