Pretty easy sales pitch when the client isn’t aware they are purchasing insurance. No objections or questions. Just another easy day at the office.

It would have been interesting for the article’s author to detail how the policies were funded. For example, did the agent access the applicants’ bank or card information to fraudulently pay the new business premiums required with each new business application submitted? Or was the agent under such pressure to produce new applications to avoid termination that he just made minimal down payments from his own pocket to meet a production requirement of some kind?
