Dix has nearly 20 years of experience in the human resources field.
She was previously human resources business partner at ADP Payroll Services, where she was employed for 13 years. Prior experience includes having been a human resource generalist for Linens N’Things.
Cavignac & Associates is a risk management and commercial insurance brokerage firm.
