I really don’t understand this lawsuit. From what I understand, this company is trying to get permitted and if successful, they WILL clean up the mess made years before. Why wouldn’t the tribe embrace this company? This seems to be a stall tactic from those who are against mining. I would ask those against mining, do you use a metal knife to butter your bread? Do you have a wedding ring on your finger? Do you have a vehicle that gets you from point A to point B? If so, you are a hypocrite, you’re not against mining, you have an agenda. Let this company build the mine, clean up the site and create wealth for the area. God bless to all.
