“That fire was started by Pacific Gas & Electric power lines.”

Again. Started by power lines AGAIN. This is often the cause. How is this possible? Don’t the politicians understand what is needed?

Answer: NO. They don’t care. For honest and informed people, this is a result of climate nazi legislation that is in the process of shutting down nuclear power, banning fossil fuel use and pushing subsidies (read poor pay rich) for solar and wind. California buys about 25% of it’s energy from other states now. THAT is how you solve climate change.

And so PG&E and other don’t have the money to upgrade and protect rural power lines from sparking fires.

What other state has rolling brown outs in a heat wave? Yesterday, with temperatures near 110 in Los Angeles, many people had no power in the afternoon. Are we a third world country now? (You had to hope to live near a hospital where power wasn’t turned down.)

Can’t wait for the Green New Deal so that all the other states can help us “solve” climate change. After all, California only produces about 1% of all carbon emissions world wide. Our efforts are CLEARLY pointless.

P.S. But we do pay double the national average for electricity. So we got that going for us. Poor people? They pay double too. Gotta sacrifice for the cause, you know.
