So every manufacturer of a bike, scooter, skateboard, big wheel, roller skates, inline skate, shoe designed to used outside o the road and doesn’t have a turn signal; I can now sue because I didn’t sign a waiver that acknowledged that I was knowingly putting my life and health in danger? Awesome.
