M.J. Hall & Co. has formed a personal lines insurance practice, adding April Hughes as a broker specializing in personal lines.
Hughes is based in Stockton, Calif.
Hughes has more than 20 years of industry experience. She was most recently an area vice president with Risk Placement Services.
M.J. Hall & Co. is a surplus lines brokerage with offices in California, Nevada, and Alaska. It represents over 100 insurance carriers and is licensed in most states.
